Business travelers often bemoan the difficulty of squeezing a workout into their trips. But USA WEEKEND has one really good tip on taking a workout on the plane: Pack a jump rope. It doesn’t take up much room in your suitcase. It delivers a great cardio workout. And you don’t need to be in a gym to do it.
