Wow I did this same thing about 7 yrs ago!! It does hurt and is very sore!1 My x-ray indicated I pinched a ligament? Dont know, they may have just told me something to get me to shut up? Any-who, it was fine in about 5 days to be honest, just soar!! Good Luck!!
