Today's Cardio Workout

I have to be honest - I wasn't in the greatest of moods today.  I had some stuff happen in the business that kind of set me back and distracted me from what I needed to do.

But nonetheless, I knew that nothing can put you in a good mood like exercise.  Since yesterday was an upper body workout, my legs were feeling fresh and ready to hit the treadmill for a crazy high intensity run!

I've got all the juicy details about this insane 30-minute cardio workout and there are also some valuable lessons about the appropriateness of interval training.
