Tips for targeting back fat

It seems to be the hardest place to target, and the article I've linked to from the post title above supports that theory.

Although, I'm excited to learn that interval training, which I've just started on the track, can help you lose fat in that seemingly stubborn area of the body.

Great article! I've recently lost about 18 pounds and I'm stunned at how easily it is shed from certain parts of my body and not others. Thanks for good information like this.
