Tidbit Tuesday!

So, in accord with my Goals for August I did plenty of push ups yesterday and will do more scattered throughout the day. I tried to do a pull up after running 5 miles but my arms/shoulders are really sore from yesterday so I wasn’t successful, but I will keep trying! We should get a bar for the house so I can do them whenever I want.

I also hit 400 miles of running for the year!!! Not NEARLY as close to 1000 as I would like, but I will take it and hope that I can get at least 800 by the time New Years hits!

My shins aren’t bothering me since I wore my Nike’s!! I might wear them for the whole month to give my body time to adjust to increased mileage again.

My Hubby doesn’t have to go out of town so I don’t have to be a Mommy all by myself.

My Hubby’s IPhone that the just uses like an Ipod (no phone service) is acting up lately. It charges VERY SLOWLY, but the phone doesn’t acknowledge it and it won’t sync with Itunes. The cord is fine because it charges my Ipod touch like normal.

Drastically naughty 4 year old calls for drastic measures at home. It’s one thing to misbehave at the gym…
