Monday



A1) Incline DB Chest Press 6 sets of 5/7/9/5/7/9 reps

B1) Supine Grip Bent Over Barbell Row 3 sets of 12 reps

B2) Flat Barbell Chest Press 3 sets of 10-12

B3) Supine Grip Bent Over Barbell Row 3 sets of 8 reps

C1) Supine Grip Lat Pulldown 3 sets of 12/8/8

C2) DB Incline Flyes 3 sets of 12 reps

C3) Supine Grip Lat Pulldown 3 setsof 8 reps

Tuesday

Barbell Deadlift 6 sets of 10/2/10/2/10/2 reps



Rest:75 seconds



B1) Leg Press 3 sets of 10-12 reps

B2) Bodyweight Split Squats 3 sets of 10-12 reps

C1) 1-Leg Standing Calf Raise 3 sets of 8 reps

C2) Kneeling Hamstring Machine Curls 3 sets of 6 reps

C3) Two Foot Standing Calf Raise 3 sets of 8 reps

Wednesday-OFF



Thursday
