yes, you read that right. you will be doing sprints and intervals up hill while running.

 this is a tough workout but oh so rewarding for your lower half and your heart. it will burn mega calories as well. remember, if you are not a runner you can always walk if needed but NEVER stop moving until you are done. enjoy!...

the uphill sprint interval run. {find a good hill with a little space to run 5 minute in between}

5 minute run2 sprints uphill/jog down5 minute run3 sprints uphill/jog down5 minute run4 sprints uphill/jog down5 minute run3-5 30 second sprints (flat ground) with 30 second jog between intervals5 minute walk cool down
