The Ultimate Exercise?

In my infinite wisdom I have discovered the ultimate exercise! Just kidding, I am not very smart and probably have never discovered or invented anything. But I do keep writing posts about super simple workouts to burn fat and build muscle in minimum time. So after all this writing and thinking I decided to actually put my body where my mouth is and record a new video of me doing a full body exercise that could be it's own workout. I call this the Kettlebell Puker because it makes me want to puke more than Hillary Duff in a love movie. The exercise is pretty simple, it is a burpee/clean and press hybird. Two of the most demanding exercises I could think of. I came up with it just playing around and I suggest you do the same with your dumbbells and kettlebells. Especially at home where nobody can laugh at you for falling over or hitting yourself in the head with a bar (which I have done many times!). In this movement I start with the entire drill and cut parts out as I begin to fatigue, this way I get more density and metabolic effect in less time. What I mean is, I keep moving for longer and basically sweat a bunch more!
