The Swine Flu - Prevention Through Self-Care

Are you concerned about all the information going around in the news about the swine flu? I think we all have reason to be concerned, but really we should be taking good care of our bodies ALL the time so that we’re better able to deal with ANY sickness that comes along. Exercise, eating right (lots of fruits and vegetables), and plenty of sunshine will keep your immune system humming along. Avoid over training, junk food, and too little sleep, all of which impair your immune system.
