You guys have no idea how long it took me to get this blog into motion, and now finally here it is - my first post. Not so long ago I started my Love Philter blog, and since I imagined it to be mainly visual (and inspirational), there wasn't too much room left for my personal issues. So I would like to think of this place as my to-do (and have done) blog, if that makes any sense?! Main idea was that it would help me to get in shape and generally on track, because I feel like I haven't been on the right track for quite some time & understandably, not eeeeveryone will be interested in what I post here. But those who are, can expect a lot of fitness, food and personal development (and such) related posts.
By fitness I mean: learning about muscle groups, different types of working out and methods, workout DVDs, books, workout playlists, fitness resources and tools, weight loss, toning, motivation.... By food I mean: delicious recipes and awesome sites/blogs (& general info)... By personal development I mean: uplifting, inspiring and motivational tools (and people) to help me (and you) get things done. Another thing that will most definitely be in my every post, is a good motivational quote. Because everytime I hear a good one, I consider it a sign, as a little piece of advice that I needed to hear at that precise moment. For example: " If you don't go after what you want, you'll never have it. If you don't ask, the answer is always no. If you don't step forward, you're always in the same place." - Unknown So here I am, taking a step forward. Wanna join me?!
