Okay easy now, this is not what some of you may be thinking. I am in traveling for work this week and am in Texas at the moment. The hotel has what they call, a "fitness center", this pathetic excuse for a gym has no free weights and even the machines are weak. The thought of driving around looking for a gym in a foreign city didn't exactly excite me either. Needless to say I was a little disspointed so I decided to do a bodyweight workout in my room instead. My non-stop series of bodyweight exercises lasted about 25 minutes and was as followed:
body weight squat, lunges, push-ups, burpees, pistol squats, jumping jacks, ski jumps, feet elevated push-ups, shadow boxin, high knees, monkey jumps, push-up turnins, v sit-ups, leg lifts, star push-ups, single leg push-ups, inch worms and planks.
Working out with bodyweight exercises can be great for burning fat and strengthing your whole body, so don't discount just because you aren't throwing giant weights around.
