They all are problems that people have brought upon themselves that could of been avoided. Life's hard and there's not enough hours in the day but you need to decide what you want and go get it. Simply changing your lifestyle from carbs at every meal to carbs at two meals will make you lose weight. Working out 4 days a week instead of 3 will make you lose weight.
