Okay folks, here's the latest in the long history of diets that may or may not work, that may work for a little while for some people, that may have you crying into your banana split after three days. But hey, we're gluttons for punishment so here goes. The Abs Diet is a plan outlined in Men's Health editor and author David Zinczenko's new book, appropriately titled The Abs Diet. He claims to have you looking magazine cover ready with a six-pack in no time while eating more, turning back the clock on any nasty aging, and improving your sex life all at the same time. Sign me up! Let me guess... eat healthy foods in moderation and exercise. Why didn't I think of that? In fact, someone sign me up for a book deal!
