TGIF: Planned Exercise and Meal Plan for 7/15/11

So I have been pretty busy lately with work and family but as always, I have kept up my workouts and calorie goals.  So I am excited to report that on Wednesday and yesterday, I had no more pains anywhere in my body (Yay!!!!). Still not for sure if I pulled something or what but I'm happy to be back kicking butt like always.

Today, my husband family is coming over and we are cooking them a meal.  My husband is grilling some steaks while I make some side dishes to go along with it.  I plan to make mac and cheese and salad (of course the salad is for me to eat).  I will try to take some pics and post them on Monday.

And I still need to post some Turbo Fire results pics as well, but I will hold off until Monday..........

Meal Plan
Breakfast: Honey Nut Toasted Oats w/skim milk - 227 cal, 1 Banana- 110 cal
          Total Calories: 337 calories
Morning Snack: 1 Green Apple - 110 cal
         Total Calories: 110 calories
Lunch: Homemade Roast Beef Sandwich - 205 cal
          Total Calories: 205 calories
Evening Snack: Protein Shake - 170 cal
          Total Calories: 170 calories
Dinner: Beef Tender Steak - 151 cal (Maybe, depends on the ounces), Mac and Cheese - 330 cal, Salad - 194 cal    
         Total Calories: 675 calories
Late Snack: Brownie - 160 cal
         Total Calories: 160 calories

Total Calories : 1657 (without the calories burned from exercise)

Workout Schedule
4:45pm: Turbo Fire Fire 55EZ Class (doing Abs 10 Class tomorrow)
