TGIF: Food Fav and Planned Exercise and Meal Plan for 8/12/11

Posted Aug 12 2011 3:31pm
Click here  to see my food diary from yesterday..........

Now I know that I am late on this but for my years, I have heard people talking about Nutella but I never tried it and never wanted to try it.  So, when I to the store the other day to pick up some food, I was looking for some peanut butter and saw it. I was not going to get it because it was expensive (well at least for me it was) but I saw the store off brand of it so I decided to try it.  So ate some with some with my waffles and somebody should have slap me in my face for not getting this sooner because it was so good

(So Good)

Now, is this a healthy food to be eating everyday...... probably not, but if you are craving something sweet, chocolate, hazelnut, and crunchy, this will hit the spot (and since I only used 1 tablespoon, it was only 85 calories).  So if you have not already tried it, please do.  Since I have the off brand (Kroger Brand), I will list the website to the original spread if you want to check it out

Now to get my mind off all of that goodness, let me tell you about using heavier weights for my CLX workout yesterday.  It was tough........very tough........but I enjoyed it.  I went up to 15 lbs and was able to use them for the majority of the workouts (some of the moves, I had to go down to 10lbs)

Hopefully with me using CLX with Turbo Fire will give me the definition in my arms and legs
(A work in progress.......)

Also, tip for today........Never lift 2 days in a row......Lesson learned and my body is cussing me out for it.
