It is good to take some time off. I am not talking about taking a vacation (although that is a good thing to do too). Taking time off from your exercise program often gives you that extra push to get back to it. Resting your body is important. Especially when you are doing exercises that are more specific and intense. Taking time off gives your body time to regenerate - to revive itself. When you get back on track, you'll feel an incredible difference. Somehow, the body reacts by saying "hey, that felt pretty good today!". THEN, your mind starts to realize just how great exercising regularly really is. Take a day or two off. I think you will see what I am talking about here. Try it!
