tackling flappy areas after loosing 60lbs.

HI IT HAS TAKEN ME 18 MONTHS TO LOOSE 60 LBS.  NOW OF COURSE MY TUMMY AND UPPER LEGS AND UPPER ARMS LOOK A WEE BIT SAGGING.

ANY TYPES OF EXERCISE THAT WOULD HELP THE MUSCLE TONE. I HAVE A TREADMILL AT HOME AND AN EXERCISE BALL AND ELASTIC CORDS AND WEIGHTS.
