supraspinatus tendon, and degenerative calcification What exercise, how to remove calcium, does tendon repair itself, best diet

I have pain due to the supraspinatus tendon, and degenerative calcification

The MRI shows a 40 per cent tear.

In 2008 I tore this tendon in the other shoulder and surgery and re education hurt a lot so I want to avoid this!!!   I feel I am becoming a shoulder expert!!! But how many and what exercises, does short wave work to dissolve the calcium.

The pain started in JAN 2010 and movement was very limited - could not touch my head ....at that time it was diagnosed as FROZEN SHOULDER so have had anti inflammatory drugs and physio.  I actually found a lot of help from homeopathic remedies and can now exist without normal medication

Sleep has been real hard, waking every 2 hours but it is better now BUT very worried I will tear the tendon

New doc let me have an MRI and XRAY so now we know the real issue

How do I strengthen the surrounding muscles?

What exactly is the movement(s) I should do?

Does short wave therapy work and does it increase the pain during the treatment?

 Thanks
