Sunday's outdoor workout

had a very long and hard training session yesterday, so in the interest of saving my body and relationship (my girlfriend gets angry when I am at the gym all the time), I decided to have a snappy outdoor workout. This entire workout took 30 minutes including travel time and was more enjoyable than going to the gym due to the nice weather in Calgary today. Below is the session I went through:

Walked to the park, 5 minutes

10 chinups, 10 feet elevated pushups

walked up a steep hill, 10 pushups at the top

chugged down, sprinted up, 10 pushups at the top again

repeated the hill sprint and pushup circuit 8 times

10 more chinups

walked home, 5 minutes

jogged up 10 flights of stairs to my apartment

did some calisthenics while waiting for the CPU to load up, <5 minutes

Total tranining time about 30 minutes. The beauty of this workout is the warmup and travel are the workout! My metabolism is now elevated, and I have improved my athleticsm all in just 30 minutes. Plus I got to go outside and get some sun.
