I will need to know your limitations to help you with some useful advice
Well I can't walk but 1/2 a block before I have to sit down. Try to do what I can of some exercise dvd that I have. Do what I can . then i sit down and do the what I have left later on that day. i can go a little longer in the water it seems to freeze my body for a little while. On comcast i try to do the exercises that do not have any jumping that a no no for me. I can not do any exercises at all on my back really hurts and because of back and stomach surgeries i can't get up at all . make me feel s stupid because i really need to get this weight off and the limitations really stop me cold arm and legs do not want to work together.does that help you any. The doctors tell me to do what i can and that is it don't know what else to tell you. I feel really stupid because I am the joke of the family.

i can not do all the normal workout so I need help in finding some different ways to burn more calories. I was hurt in an accident so have some issues in that department. Will be willing to listen to all who give it.
