Do you burn sugar or do you burn fat? 99% of people burn sugar, it's the really lean one that burn sugar. All it takes is picking your carbs correctly. That's it, nothing more and nothing less. No one can tell me that you can't drop fat and add muscle mass at the same time, I've seen it happen too many times. It depends on you, if you want to lose fat why are you eating pizza three times per week? All of the popular diets today tell you to have "3-4 cheat meals per week", since when did it become ok to turn those 3-4 meals into 5 or 6? |
