Stretch Series: 3-Part Neck Stretch

Oooo and Ahhh!

Not the crowd from a fireworks show...

That was what your hips and lips said respectively when you tried my last stretch.

Now it's time to solve that tight, tense neck of yours...

Try out my 3 Part Neck Stretch!

Part 1 - Scalenes (Side Neck)

Ear to shoulder with opposite arm back

Part 2 - Levator Scapulae (Back Neck)

Tuck chin down, keeping ear by the same shoulder

Part 3 - Sternocleidomastoid (Front Neck)

Keep ear by same shoulder, tilt chin up to sky

Hold each position for 30 seconds with deep breathing and combine with my Trick For A Tight Neck!
