Stay at Home Fitness

Do you think that working out at home is boring, lack luster or just wrong? Ok, you’re wrong, working out at home can be fun, challenging and not at all boring. Actually, working out at home can be awesome and you can get in great shape without ever stepping into a gym.

Check out this workout plan from DLife . OK, so I know it’s a Diabetes sight, but so what? The plan they have laid out to get you moving is awesome. It includes a game that you can play with your favorite TV shows and if you aren’t that into TV, they give you some great info on other exercises you can do and how to use household items to get fit.
