Starting

I just signed up on this site, like the name a lot. It's winter and it's been hard emotionally and I have been eating a little too much and not exercising a whole lot aside than daily dog walks. I want to do less of the first and more of the latter. My goal is 30 mn of exercise a day, either cross-country skiing when the snow is good (slushy today), or Cathe Aerobics. I will get a daily reminder on my phone. It's not going to be easy but perhaps it could be? It's all in the head.

Oh, I'd like also to eat a little less chocolate and a little more veggies.
