Starting the dreaded exercise program

Well I did it! I started working out again. This time it is at a women's only club called Curves. I worked out, committed to going again on Wednesday and signing up to work out there for 1 year. I am going to log my progress and see if I can lose weight the correct way this time. BY eating healthy and exercising. I always feel that I can do things the easy way but I am wrong. I need to work out and eat good things for me. Ice Cream is my weakness and candy. I need to stop eating this stuff in hoards. I did not eat ice cream last night for the first time in a long time. A major accomplishment for me. YAY for me!
