Starting a Food Journal

The basics of starting a food journal;

Here's the basics just so that you get in the habit of writing down what you eat. I'll explain what to do with this information in a later posting.


  • small notebook
  • pen/pencil-duh

To Do:

  • record what you ate
  • record how much you ate. ie. 3oz of chicken
  • record when you ate. ie. 6am

That's it. Just get started, get your feet wet. Creating the habit is half the battle, once that is done then we can start to analyze your results.
