It's not always easy to find time for a 45 to1 hour work out session in the real world, but there are ways to get exercise as you go about your daily routine.
-Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
-Walk or bicycle to work or school.
-Leave early and take the long route when walking somewhere.
-Jog when you'd normally walk.
-Tighten/release your muscles throughout the day while sitting.
-Help people lift heavy (not too heavy) objects when possible.
A pedometer can also be a great motivator to take extra steps during the day.
