The Squat Thrust (also called a Burpee) is a total body exercise that can really get your heart pounding and lungs gasping. Sound like torture? Not really, just a heck of a good workout and a real fat blaster. Squat thrusts are perfect for high intensity circuits or intervals that combine resistance training with cardio.
