I just took my second spinning class today. My body always feels so good the day of my class too. I am full of energy. Able to concentrate. And I sleep like a rock the night of.
The only dilema I have is that I feel like I am starving after each class. I can't get full when I do eat. This can't be normal. Can it? I literally have to conciously make food in normal portions and not listen to my brain. I have never done this kind of cardio work out before so I am curious if this is normal?
