Spicy Asiany Pork Ribs

  • Two racks organic baby back pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • Few big splashes sesame oil
  • Cracked salt and pepper
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • Chinese chili paste to taste
  • 1/4 cup honey Honey
  • Dash of cumin seeds
  • Dash of sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 250

Start grill

Combine all ingredients except rib in a mixing bowl and mix around

Apply to ribs well with a grill brush, saving about half

When grill is super hot, throw the ribs on for a couple minutes a side. The idea is to partially blacken and char them to start the flavor, not to cook them through.

When the ribs are charred, throw them on baking sheets/dishes and throw in the oven

Brush the ribs with the sauce every once in a while, flipping at least once to hit up both sides

They’re done when they’re super soft and juicy, usually after 90 minutes to 2 hours in the oven
