Dynamic Warm-Up (reverse lunge with twist, side lunge, inch worm, Russian twist, t-push-up)
Glute Work with a set of push-ups between each drill (bridge, bird dog, single leg bridge, clam shell)
Kettlebell Windmills 2 x 5 per side

Speed Squat 8 x 2 @60% max raw weight
Sumo Deadlift 10 x 1 @70% mrw
Barbell Circuit 4 x 8
