- Speed Box Squat 8 x 2 at 60% of max, straight weight (no bands or chains today)
- Speed Deadlift 10 x 1 at 60% of max
- Stiff Legged Deadlift 3 x 6-10
- Standing Cable Crunch 3 x 6-10
