Smoothie In The Morning

I wasn't expecting it at all... and that's what made it so great.

One of my worst breakfast-eating clients finally did it!

He transitioned from nothing or something collegiate like cold pizza to making his own smoothies in the morning.

Freakin' phenomenal.

Love to see people make positive changes in their lifestyle and how they live.

To my pleasant surprise he not only made it, but liked it.

He even went above and beyond my recommendations to add some other healthy ingredients.

So if I can influence one person, I can influence one million more - now I'm trying to get everyone that I know on this morning smoothie system.

I had one this morning myself...

  • Vanilla Sun Warrior Protein
  • Frozen organic blueberries
  • Frozen organic strawberries
  • Organic Almond Milk
  • Coconut Oil 
  • Spinach 

Why smoothie?

1. It's FAST, and who's got time for breakfast

2. It's RAW, preserving enzymes and nutrients of the food 

3. It's BALANCED, notice my smoothie is a complete meal as it has protein, fat, and carbohydrates

4. It's PRE-DIGESTED, kind of, the blending of the ingredients makes it easier and quicker on the body

5. It's FRUIT-VEGGIE PACKED, I have 2 servings of fruit and 1 of vegetables in one glass

Dust off your blender, pick up a few ingredients from the store or use what you already have in your fridge and mix it up tomorrow AM.
