Smoked Salmon and Dill Omelette

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 piece of smoked salmon diced
  • 1 tbsp coconut milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp dill
  • organic Butter / Ghee for pan

Mix all ingredients together with a whisk except for salmon.

Place butter in pan and melt on medium to low heat.

Place mixture in pan and evenly distribute salmon over omeletter.

When almost cooked, fold over half of omelette to the other side and cook for a further minute or so.

Take off heat and serve.
