This exercise involves going into a shoulder stand much like in Yoga. We don't advise doing this exercise if you happen to be menstruating. If you are menstruating, you can use the alternative method of just lying on your back with your legs straight in the air and squeezing the exercise ball.
- Lie on your back with the exercise ball between your feet
- Raise your feet in the air and swing over until your body curls up, much like in the previous exercise
- Now use those strong core muscles that you've been building, to lift your legs straight up in the air
- Support your back with your hands
- Squeeze the swiss ball between your legs hard
- Hold for 3 seconds
- Release
- Repeat x10
