Shoulder Pain From Doing the Bench Press ? Try This

Do you have shoulder pain while doing the bench press?  Do you have shoulder pain in the days following your bench press workout?  I did … so I started looking for alternatives to the traditional bench press.  Here’s what I discovered:

  • pushups are pain free – try them … you are only limited by your imagination PLUS pushups really work your core as well.
  • try an suspension trainer
