Shoulder Mobility with Resistance Bands

There’s plenty of advice on the internet telling you how to increase your shoulder mobility.

…but it’s not often you hear anyone recommend resistance bands for shoulder mobility.  Well, they might mention band pull aparts , but that’s about it.

This past week, I stumbled onto 2 videos demonstrating how you can use bands for dynamic shoulder stretching and mobility.  The first one comes from “The Band Man”, Dave Schmitz .  Dave is well known for his use of resistance bands for fitness, strength and mobility.

Dynamic shoulder stretching … I love it!!

The second video comes from Dick Hartzell , the inventor of the Flex Band and founder of Jump Stretch, Inc.    I guess you could say that Dick created an entire industry.

So, you can see there are a variety of stretches and angles you can use to increase your shoulder mobility.  Grab a band and get busy increasing your shoulder mobility.

And don’t forget, the Rotater is pretty good for increasing your shoulder mobility as well.
