I am a 6'4" 200lb. 54 year old male that likes to walk (alot) and do some weight training. I have recently reduced my fat intake to help control my Cholestrol and have also lost a few pounds. My wife and I like to go toone of the local school tracks and walk 2-4 miles a day. One of the things I have stated noticing here lately is that after walking a couple of miles my arms start to ache, especially when I try to raise them or move them around. Whats causing this??
I have had a recent physical and everything checked out normal. The only drug I am on is 20mg Liptor PD and I take 100mg of CoQ10 PD.
