Should i go to the gym even if i'm tired?

Posted by Dmitriy P.

I've been trying to go to the gym 5 or 6 times a week... but lately, since i got a new job, that goal of 5 or 6 times has gotten alot harder. i find myself a whole lot more tired than usual (and thats to be expected from working like 9 hours a day...) i still try to force myself to go to the gym, but i'm really tired and sleepy during my workout... is it good to just push through the tiredness and try to lift... or is it better for my body to just skip several days of working out and rest...?

REST! If your body is tired, your muscles will be fatigued, and not able to repair themselves...
