Seat Belts In The Gym We have seat belts in gyms now? Have the machines, our program design and just the overall training gone terribly wrong? We have to literally strap our bodies onto machines now. Here's the bigger question.... Why are we strapping ourselves in? It's just an excuse to load the machine up too much and use terrible form. This is typically when you see people shaking and throwing their limbs everywhere to get a rep up. It's just ridiculous .
