Now that all the kiddos and college kids are back to school , we thought we’d do our own version of hitting the books…FBG style, of course. So for this entire week, we’re going to be bringing you the best beginner fitness and beginner nutrition posts that help you to be a little healthier and—in theme with the week—a little smarter.
From our best weight-loss tips to learning what the heck shin splints are (and how you can avoid them) to our favorite products that make the gym a little more comfortable and the real-deal on high fructose corn syrup (from Dr. Oz , nonetheless!), we’re going to hook you beginners up with the best info on how to get that fit bottom just a little fitter (for the record, we don’t care about your rear’s size—just that it’s moving!). And for you intermediate and advanced worker-outers reading, don’t worry. Most of the posts will teach you something new, too, or inspire you to push your fitness limits even more.
