Weighted Bench Dips

1/12 @ ME + four 25lb plates in my lap

1 Arm reverse grip pushdown

1/15 @ 15
1/15 @ 20 x 2 sets

Barbell Curls

1/8 @ 70 x 3 sets

1 Arm Preacher Curls

1/8 @ 25
1/10 @ 20 x 2 Sets

Hammer Curls

1/8 @ 25
1/10 @ 20 x 2 sets

stepmill for 70 minutes

Sunday was cardio only plus some mattress lifting at the hotel...
