Russian Kettlebell Circuit for fat loss and muscular development

I love to train with Russian kettlebells for only about 30 to 45 minutes max. This way I work hard to burn as much fat as possible without spending all day working out. The best way to maximize your time is to use circuit training methods. When circuit training you go straight from one exercise to the next without stopping. Usually I do one to sets of each exercise and then move right into the next. This type of training will really get you sweating and breathing hard, read, burn body fat! Russian Kettlebells work well for this as you can do almost any movement with them and they flow very nicely. Below is a video of me training with my Russian Kettlebells to give you some ideas that you can incorporate in your own work out regime.
