I want to run. I really want to run. But...I need to work up my endurance first. That's why I'm doing the Couch 2 5k program I found on coolrunning.com.
Couch 2 5k is a 9 week program that "trains" you to run a 5k!
You start off with run/walk intervals, and then progress each week to longer/harder intervals and runs.
My goal is to finish my Couch 2 5k program and become a runnnnnnner!
