That's a pretty good distance-I wish I was that dedicated to my cardio routine! On a bad week, it's sporadic at best.
Have you found that you've lost weight, toned muscles, etc. from running that much? How else has it benefited you?
Had any injuries? You might consider running heavy/light, such that if you run 20-22 minutes one day you run 10-11 minutes the next day to give your body more rest. Maybe do some light swimming or walking on the light day.

I run on the treadmill everyday for 20-22 mins and I also run 1 3/4 miles at home during the week.
