Hey everyone! Hope your weekend is off to a fabulous start :D
Since I was too wine-induced to do a real post yesterday, here are the eats:
B-fast cookie

(I added coconut to this little beauty)
A raw macaroon:

Bliss:

(Who needs a new camera????? Me! Me!)
Ran 4.5 miles on the base trail :D
Lunch was an egg-stada on raw corn tortilla crust (w/ vegetarian refried beans and homemade salsa)

The only kind of "date" I've had in the past 3 months (Miss you, pilot)

(In my family, we call them cucarachas! Meaning: cockroaches.. eww)
The girls came over for girls night and we had a casual spread of my familia's guacamole and whole wheat baked chips (season with sea salt and cumin and bake for 10 minutes at 350)

Megan brought over her amazing hummus (which she puts in the Vitamix and it's so light and airy.. my hummus is way more dense) with carrot chips, grape tomatoes and I cut up some raw organic cheddar to go with the vino

I whipped up some pit-zas for us with sauteed sundried tomatoes, zucchini, onion and yellow squash, seasoned with salt, pepper, basil and oregano
Nothing fancy this time --soooo busy with school--- but still delicious:

I also had 2 hefty glasses of beautiful Malbec :D I adore girls night... so does my sanity!
This morning, I overslept (of course) and grabbed this little guy on the way to train a friend:

I ran a TON of errands (finally got my pilot and my adopted single guys' Christmas packages in the mail) and had some holiday cheer in a wrapper:

Still hungry, I grabbed a Chaquita mini and smeared it with a little AB:

I walked Viesa for 2 miles on the base trail and then came home for some lunch
Butternut squash fries (my obsession)... once again, I was dainty and only ate half a squash- because there was only 1/2 squash left ;)

The last bit of Megan's hummus with carrot chips:

And a salmon burger:

I <3 Annie's ketchup!!!
Tonight, I went with Jeni to get our toes done, then we met Renee at McAlister's for dinner.
I was still STUFFED from my burger (those things are supa dupa filling for 140 calories), so I just got a veggie chili cup.

(Did not eat the cardboard.. I mean "crackers".. on the side)
We went to see Four Christmases. Have any of you seen it?!? Oh my goodness, I haven't laughed that hard in a movie in a long time- it was HILARIOUS. I think I want to see it again it was sooooo funny.
When I got home, I realized my calories were low for the day (even though I didn't have a formal workout), but since I'm running a 15k (!) in the morning, I want to make sure my body has enough energy to get me through it!
So I grabbed a whole wheat tortilla and put some frijoles and guac on it to make up for some of the calorie deficit:

Now, I'm off to bed!!! Tomorrow is a heck of a day. I'm running the 15k in the morning (9.3 miles... I've never ran that far in my life. Ever. My major goal is to run the entire time. Let's see what happens.....), and then tomorrow night is the squadron Christmas party (which should be a blasty).
I'll see ya tomorrow after the race! Thank you in advance for sending some good vibes my way-- I'm gonna need them!
xoxo,
Gina
