-Why do we suggest a over the top protein and healthy fat intake for people when they go low carb - Shouldn't we assess the diet step by step in terms of the degree of leanness ?
-Why is dieting a all or none principle? Shouldn't we fluctuate our energy intake based on our energy expenditure?
-Isn't the purpose of a bent over barbell row to actually feel the back firing? It's about the quality( how you feel) versus the quantity( how much weight).
-What's the deal with people not wanting to take supplements? More importantly, why aren't more coaches becoming knowledgeable - I understand there's a ton of marketing hype behind it but there's other critical supplements aside from protein, a multivitamin and fish oil.
-Calves and forearms complete a physique so what's your reasons for not training them?
-If you're training for speed you better check your weight room numbers. Consistently sprinting all out is one of the worst ways to get faster.
- Pay attention to how you feel the morning after a big session. It's the best clue to how you recover.
-How the bottom of your foot looks tells you everything about your squat, lunge and sprint pattern.
-Improving shoulder external rotation is one of the best ways to improve speed, change a physique and increase every upper body lift possible.
