Psychological Benefits of Exercise

Much has been said about the physical benefits of exercise ---some of those being increased muscle mass, increased bone density, decreased body fat, decreased resting heart rate and decreased blood pressure. But the psychological benefits of exercise are also very important---reduced anxiety, reduced stress, elevation of good moods and reduced depression (and a general feeling of overall well-being). Okay America, get off of the couch and start reaping the huge benefits that exercise provides!
