Progress report

I had set this goal a few months ago.

50 pushups: Currently 40

15 pullups: Currently 11 (with an overhand grip, a little wider than shoulder-width and completely straightening the arms at the bottom)

6 minute mile: Currently 7 (This is by far the hardest part of the goal!)
