No I'm not talking about my recent ex girlfriend either
Most people should be very familiar with the popular book Skinny Bitch by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin. All in all, it is a pretty damn good book that goes into why we should take certain supplements like vitamin B and C , why we should choose organic, why everyone (including women) need to consume protein in their diets.
But there's also some beef.
-Caffeine isn't the devil like the book makes it out to be. Do we need as much as we take in our diets? Not at all but caffeine is a proven fat burner and performance enhancer.
-Vegan diet aren't necessary to lose weight. Before you start suggesting that someone becomes a vegan( a strict vegetarian diet), shouldn't you check their overall nutrition?
-Yoga sucks and there's no reason anyone should do it over strength training
